Waiting period

In accordance with the current Weapons Act Regulation (§ 41f), specific waiting periods must be observed for Category A, B and C firearms, including in the case of private purchases. These provisions apply to the initial acquisition of each weapon category and ensure a legally compliant and transparent process of firearm ownership.
