Although every spray is generally referred to as an aerosol, this statement is only partially true from a scientific point of view, depending on the type of application, since the definition of an aerosol is always associated with solid and/or liquid suspended particles and gas.

 

In this case, the active substance is applied by means of a ballistic spray jet through a specially shaped nozzle. It is therefore no longer possible to speak of an aerosol, as this type of application hardly produces any spray mist.

 

The jet enables precise spraying and is relatively stable in wind, depending on the weather conditions.
