Glock 17 FR (Armée Francaise) Cal. 9 mm Luger

The new frame design of the GLOCK 17 Gen5 removes the finger grooves for more versatility, but still allows easy adjustment of the grip by using the different beavertail backstraps. The slide has the superior GLOCK nDLC surface coating in non-reflective black. The sled is equipped with Front Serrations (FS) which provides an additional tactile surface for handling the sled and allows the operator to have good traction even with wet or sweaty hands.

 

The frame's flared magazine well gives the user more reload speed when split seconds count. A reversible, enlarged magazine catch that can be changed at the user level, as well as the ambidextrous slide stop lever accommodate left- and right-handed shooters.

 

Each G17 Gen5 is equipped with the match-grade GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB), which offers greater precision thanks to its polygonal rifling and an improved barrel crown.

 

This version of the Glock 17 Gen5 has a coyote-colored grip and is also used in the French army.
