The Holosun IRIS-2-RD-IR is a dual-beam aiming laser (visible + IR) housed in an ultra-compact 7075 aluminum body—deliberately lower-profile and lighter than its predecessor—featuring a centrally located activation button for ambidextrous operation. This multi-laser device utilizes parallel-aligned visible green and infrared (IR) lasers, enabling quick and precise zeroing of both beams using the visible laser during daylight. It is ideal for users who require a bright green dot for daytime use and wish to switch to IR for night operations with night-vision devices. A rear-mounted on/off switch and a mode selector enhance ergonomics and ease of use. The IRIS module offers four operating modes, each with two brightness levels. Users can choose between a green laser and an IR laser, both available with two power settings. Power is supplied by a CR123A battery, with a red LED indicating when capacity is running low.
